Success Stories
Story 1

$4.5 million dollar Bay Colony Condo sold in 10 days! This condo had been remodeled, but not furnished. It had been on the market for seven months without an offer. Naples Home Staging finished staging it on June 1, 2008. It was shown to a buyer that day. The buyers' offer was accepted ten days later! The homeowner said it was the only offer they had received on the property, despite it's excellent location in Pelican Bay, its gulf views, and it's large size. Buyers just could not picture themselves living there until we made it look like a home.

Story 2

Condo sold in 2 days! Naples Home Staging, LLC., staged a condominium that had been on the market for nine months with no offers despite regular well-attended weekend open houses. It was furnished with the seller's second-hand furnishings that did not show it off well. Naples Home Staging replaced the furniture in the living room and dining room with beautiful furniture and accessories and added luxurious bedding and accessories in the bedrooms. We completed the staging on May 18, 2007. The home sold at an open house on May 20, 2007--two days later. Needless to say, the sellers were thrilled.

Story 3

This Pelican Bay Condominium was not moving after nearly a year on the market.  The listing agents called us due to our success staging another property for them.  The previous owners had enclosed part of a lanai, making an unusual second living area off the master bedroom.  We were able to soften the separation between the two rooms by adding sheer draperies.  We furnished the important rooms of the house with tropical themed furniture. It sold 2 1/2 months later!

Story 4

This brand new, beautiful house in Park Shore sat empty on the market for more than two years before Naples Home Staging transformed it in to a beautifully furnished home that buyers could fall in love with.  It sold four months later.  The sellers and Realtor were thrilled, and so were we!  Even though this home was exquisitely finished, it had a drawback that we were able to eliminate with staging.  Both the living room and family room were unusually shaped.  Until we furnished them, buyers were puzzled about how to use the space and as a result could not see themselves living there.  Once the rooms were furnished, the issue went away and buyers were able to "mentally move into" the home.

Story 5

This Gordon Drive home was on the market almost two and a half years before we staged it.  It sold less than three months later.   This home was owned by an elderly couple, and was furnished when we began our project.  We made the home look larger by removing a portion of an over-sized wall unit, rearranging some furniture, and having some items pre-packed by professional movers.  There was a large cement planter in the entry to the home that could not be removed.  It was an unattractive feature that buyers saw the minute they entered the home.  We added a fountain and more attractive plants that made it a much more appealing entry. We also brought in accessories to give the home a more up-to-date look.  And because it was only steps to the beach, we gave it more of a "beach house" feel.

Story 6

This condominium in Bonita Bay was on the market for a year before Naples Home Staging staged it.  It sold 5 weeks later.  Before staging, the unit looked dated.  We gave it a more modern look by replacing key light fixtures and cabinet hardware, removing wallpaper borders, repainting some walls, and furnishing and accessorizing some of the rooms.  Small changes made a huge difference in the way this condo appealed to buyers.

Story 7

This older home sat empty on the market for six months without an offer. It was shown frequently, but was dated. Naples Home Staging, LLC., chose updated light fixtures and new carpeting for the home. Then we furnished and accessorized the living/dining room, master bedroom, den, and lanai. Immediately the home started getting second looks from home buyers. It sold eight weeks later.
