Naples Home Staging is owned by Ann Waters. Ann is an Accredited Staging Professional or ASP™, and is a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP)™ and the Southwest Florida Chapter of the IAHSP™. Since 2004, Ann has staged homes in Bay Colony, Pelican Bay, Bonita Bay, Park Shore, The Moorings, Aqualane Shores, Colliers Reserve and other fine neighborhoods in Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs and Estero. As the Creative Director of Naples Home Staging, Ann personally designs and directs every project we undertake, from assessing the strengths and weaknesses of each home to choosing the right furnishings to create the best possible first impression. Ann’s attention to detail and creative solutions have gained her a loyal following among Southwest Florida’s most successful Realtors.  Naples Home Staging has Southwest Florida’s largest collection of upscale furniture and accessories available for staging. Our Naples location has more than 5,000 square feet of showroom, warehouse, and office space devoted to providing the best possible staging for each home. In addition to our two large furniture showrooms, we have an entire room devoted to linens, another for lamps and wall art and a third for silk plants and trees. Ann begins each staging by personally selecting furnishings in the style, scale, and colors that best suit the home. All furniture is all of the highest quality and is purchased new and exclusively used to stage fine homes. Furnishings are available for rental or for purchase so that a home can be sold as furnished if desired.
